Warranty Coverage

All products purchased directly from Furrva are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Household vs Commercial Use

This warranty applies to products used under normal household or at-home grooming conditions.

Use of Furrva products in commercial, professional, or business environments (including but not limited to dog grooming salons) is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty covers:

    •    Manufacturing defects

    •    Faulty materials or workmanship under normal, intended use

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Furrva will, at its discretion:

    •    Repair the product

    •    Replace the product

    •    Issue a refund or store credit

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

    •    Improper use, care, or maintenance

    •    Unauthorized modifications or repairs

    •    Damage caused by external factors such as water, fire, or impact

How to Make a Warranty Claim

    •    A clear description of the issue

    •    Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
