Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered. If you decide a product isn’t right for you, you must contact us within this timeframe to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• It must be returned in original packaging
• The product must be in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please email us at info@furrva.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Problems with Your Order
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your product is eligible, please contact us before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
