Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Method

We currently ship UK orders only.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

    •    Shipping: 2–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to postal disruptions or high demand. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
